Can't Cash Out?

Do i myself have to earn 15.00 in offers? My referrals are doing an awesome job.

Yes, the money you get from referrals are bonuses, not offers. So you have to complete $15 worth of surveys, videos, and any of the other things on the offers page before you can cash out.

but why wouldn't you at least try to earn the $15.00 in offers, so you would not forfeit the bonus amount, before you close your account?

FC requires that at least $15 of the amount requested upon cashing out consist of completed offers.  You have $0.01 in offer completions and the remainder in bonuses.

You allude to your bonuses consisting, (at least in part), of referrals.  Unconfirmed or invalid referrals will reduce your referral subtotal.  Your referrals cannot complete offers for you, (or the way around), so yes, you still need at least $15 in self-completed offers to cash out.

From my understanding, you need at least $15 for the offers. Good luck

I just assumed this person started a whole bunch of accounts to get referrals and then realized it wasn't going to work out like the person planned.

Yeah, I don't know, you might be right on that.
It seems a shame to forfeit the referral/bonus money if it IS there, though...

    i belive you do have to have 15.00 in offers before you are able to cash out
