zooba confirmation

Anyone get credit for zooba? Or does a staff member know how reliable it is. It says instant credit. I joined a few days ago, my first book has been shipped, but I never got a confirmation e-mail. How can I submit a credit request without one???

Email or call them and ask for your confirmation email. But first check your Spam/Junk folder - it could have gotten filed in there.

Save yourself the trouble. I sent the confirmation email, plus completed the Zooba contract and it was still denied.

I sent the confirmation letter from Zooba also, but it was still denied. This is frustrating. I signed up for the service. I followed through and ordered my books. I've received my first book from them, but I'm still not getting credit from FusionCash for it.

I am very annoyed with this one.

ugh.I will be so bummed if i dont get credited! Its a good service, but the $15 would definitely make it much better!
