The reason you can't find it is because it's not allowed, sorry. Your only other option is to contact them off the forum.

As said, I might be wrong but I thought that when I first joined, there was a way to send messages through FC to other members. I never tried it. It is possible that I have another site confused with FC. You would probably know better than me.

i believe that this site does not allow the members to send each other private messages. Everything has to be related to this site and in public view so others can also chip in and voice out their opinions.

Yes, you can't send personal message, otherwise, there is no purpose to chat with all member in FC while earning $
