Countrys that dont have Fusion Cash

I send out lots of ads about FC with Traffic Exchanges.Are there any countrys out there that are not able to join FC?Id like to know the answer this way i can target my ads better.I know the Phillipines cant sign on to FC because i have a downline member from there on a PTC site i use and he told he he couldnt sign up for FC.

Id really appreciate the countrys that would be a waste of time trying to promote FC.

Nominally, it would be easier to mention the two countries from which FC membership is currently permitted, rather than 191 or so others where it isn't.  I just didn't want to encourage international illiteracy through 'hick-vertising'.

FC is only open to US and Canadian residents.

If you have the option of selecting a country, start with the US and then set up another ad for Canada.  If the site you're using doesn't give you that option, indicate in your title that it it US and Canada only.

If you're setting up a PTR ad, you can put that in the body of your message.
