  I think all of the surveys I have tried to complete , freeze up or cant finish loading somewhere in the middle... so how convenient _ I don't get paid! And it's not due to my computer. I take other surveys and spend time online just fine , with no issues.

Which surveys are you having issues with? If you are having problems with more than one survey freezing up in the middle, 9 times out of 10 it's going to be your computer. When I was doing survey on my old 5 year old laptop, some of the survey would get stuck on videos and pictures because the computer was so slow and old to start with. I have not had any problems with my new computers.

I'm not sure it's got anything to do with the age of your computer, but more to do with how well the computer is kept.  I've had the same computer for the past 10 years (yup, I said 10 YEARS) and have no problems with any of the surveys freezing up.

A few questions:

1.  When was the last time you ran a Malware scan?
2.  When was the last time you de-fragged or did a clean-up?
3.  When was the last time you did a disk check for any errors on the hard drive?
4.  Do you run an Anti-Virus?

All of the above could be reasons why your computer chokes.  The other thing is, if you don't have Anti-virus protection or a malware checking program on your computer now - the good news is - you can get them for FREE and they work just as well as a paid version.  Everything I use on my own computer was downloaded for free, and these are the very same programs that some people who charge you will use to fix your computer's problems.
