i think i have a problem screen that appear said that "Your AdSense for content application is still under review. You will only see blank ads until your account has been fully approved or disapproved." Learn more. i don't know what should i do to get rid of this message?

Where are you seeing those?  On the sides of Google search pages?

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you like seeing those ads.
