I currently have no referrals.  However I have not really tried yet.  I do plan to try and get some referrals - either by renting them or trying to post ads on free sites or whatever other methods I come across.  I really think that referrals are the key, but they must also be active or at least somewhat active.
Otherwise you do not gain much.
