I've been having the same problem. A lot of stress, exhausted from manual labor...and now my hair is falling out in bunches! There are products for sale to help, but they are very expensive. I'd also like to know about "home remedies" if possible.

I began losing hair many years ago, in my mid 40s.  It is called alopecia.  I know how devastating it can be.  There are a number of things that can cause it, and stress is high on the list.  However, I have found there are a number of other things - some you may not be aware of.  I think mine was caused mostly by a high blood pressure medication I take.  Also, harsh chemical treatments, autoimmune conditions, illness, infections, and heredity can cause hair loss.  I wish I could tell you there is something on the market that helps, but I never found it.  There is a new product on the market that I've seen advertised called Keranique for hair thinning in females.  I haven't tried it, so I don't know how it works.  As you say, most treatments are expensive.  I did see something about vinegar on the Internet, but I don't know how that works, either.  I eventually gave up and tried wigs.  There are many natural looking wigs now, and I've had lots of compliments on mine.  You can do a Web search and see many treatments recommended.

Thank you for your advice and tips. I also read something about vinegar, but will have to do more research on that. I guess the best thing is to get myself to a doctor.....ugh! I've had the thyroid test done, but that was long ago - before the stress set in. Thanks again......will keep you updated if I find something that works.  :D

I have been wearing the wigs. I just wish I could grow it long enough to wear my hair in the summer cause it gets so hot. the back is long and the top is practically nothing.

I feel your pain (and your sweat).  After all these years, though, I am pretty much used to it.

you could probably ask someone who is in the industry, or google it, just be careful of scams.

There is a good article on coping with hair loss in women in the latest Good Housekeeping magazine.

i heard that high levels of dht in males cause acne or hairloss or both maybe?
im not sure if girls have dht like that
but if you do no weightlifting haha creatine, masturbation at least for me not too much haha, also green tea i heard can do that

but i use all natural baking soda shampoo i make everyother day and i sometimes use homemade apple cider vinegar conditioner with herbs... if ur really interested i could tell you how to make them
How do you prepare the natural baking soda shampoo and apple cider vinegar conditioner. I would appreciate more information on that.

The thing to do is hit it at the source. The stress has to go whatever it is get rid of it. About the job situation, accept any job until you can find a decent one. A lot of people lose out by not accepting anything. Just take anything and even though it's not what you want keep looking.something will come through. God Bless you.
