Issue with my first cashout being lost
« on: August 05, 2012, 02:15:28 pm »
My parents told me that I recieve a $30 dollar check in the mail, but that they lost it :BangHead: Is there anyway I can request that this money be sent to my paypal instead of remailed. The only reason I did not use paypal originally is because my account was not verified at that time.

@tbruff13 - You should just send in a support request on your account.

The only way that you will find out is to open a support ticket. Fusion Cash would have to cancel payment on your first check which might cost them money and then re-send the money to PayPal. It is going to take some time. Hopefully, your parents might find the check.  :dontknow:

FC will probably be able to reissue the payment may guess is that they may have to wait upto a month or more to make sure the check hasn't neen cashed.
My suggestion is to do direct deposit if you can on all future payments it is the fastest way and no fee are deducted from the payment.

Good luck I'm sure you will get the money but you will have to be patient.
Have a great Day!! :peace:
Be grateful for what you have and you will receive more than you ever expected

I understand that this is my fault but the only thing is it stinks but I need that money for college books. I was counting on it. That is why I am hoping that I might come in by the next cashout date.

Hope your parents find the check or fusion cash resends your payment.

Wow that really stinks.....I would send a message to support and see if they can resend it....change ur payment setting on your account page so that can get you future payments to your paypal account....good luck

I sent a message to support they said I could either wait 6 months for the check to be go dead or I could pay an $8 dollar fee out of the balance of my account. since I had $33 that leaves me with $25 for my first cashout. This is fine by my since almost all of that loss is offset by the $5 dollar bonus they gave me when I signed up. Does anyone know when I will get my money though? Will it be on the next cashout date or will it be sooner?

You can get another one if no one has cashed it out yet
