Why do we have deadlines for cashing out
« on: August 04, 2012, 10:19:17 am »
Just want to know what is the purpose of having deadlines for cashing out when most of the members (myself mainly) don't always qualify for the good paying surveys and we are still logging in doing whatever we can to gain the cents we do get. What if we don't make the cash out amount by the deadline why is payment revoked....when in fact we don't have control over what we qualify for.

Why do people repeatedly get on the forum and ask questions like this?  This is like asking the bookkeeper at work "Why do I have to submit my hours on time?".  Accounting practices should be common sense.  But then again, some people need a written list of a handful of things they do repetitively daily, too, I guess.  I am sorry to sound like this, but it is just frustrating to hear continuous whining over such a simple system.

The simple answer is we don't make the rules. If you play someone else's game, you decide to play or not AFTER reading the rules.

The fact is ANYONE can easily meet this requirement by doing nothing more than spending 10 minutes a day to read the 2 cent email, do the daily Paid To Click and now add the CheapFlights which earns you 27 cents a day (or $8.10 a month) Now add on the $3 for posting in the forum and you can cashout in 3 months, which is a lot sooner than the 6 months deadline.

It all comes down to the old saying, "You can make money or you can make excuses, but you can't do both".

I understand that we don't make the rules but it was just a simple question as to why we have deadlines period...just don't see the point of it is all

Because we have the right to ask what ever question we want at least I though. I mean I can count countless time on here that I have read the same questions over and over again just a little different each time. Again, I am just asking what is the point of the deadline period. It is not that I don't understand it.
I guess the rest of your statement is pretty much saying that members are dumb for asking the same question and it is considered whining when they do. So what do you say to new members who asks questions although the answers have already been posted from thousand of others members who joined before them...

It's FC website and they are entitled to make the rules.  It's up to us to abide by the rules or go elsewhere.

Guess like everyone else states on here, it's just their rule.  It may also be easier to keep a good record of current money (on their behalf) and not have to go through months and months and months of records for a huge cashout.  Lots of people would do it if they could.

They same way a check can be void after so long it's just a way to keep track of money going out. Have you ever wrote someone a check and they took forever to cash it?? This may or may not be the reason but I just think of it that way ;D

The honest answer, that no one really wants to say,is because FC wants to keep you checking in daily instead of taking your business elsewhere. If you don't keep coming back, they keep the money. That's their rules. It's really that simple.I was never crazy about that rule, but it never caused me any problems. :dontknow:

While 'admirably cynical', that "explanation" doesn't make much sense since a member could return to FC at varying intervals during a six month timeframe and still cash out, (while doing other money-makers in between).
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.
