Direct Deposit??

I had an 'action required' message in red pop up on my account page. It wants me to put in my bank account number for direct deposit however I don't want to direct deposit, only receive checks. Call me old fashioned but I dont want to give out that kind of information to just anyone. Do I have to do it or is it just voluntary??

I haven't given them that information so unless they changed the policy, you shouldn't have to.  I have a red X on my account page in the "Verification" box next to Direct Deposit.  So if that's what you are referring to, that's completely fine as far as I know.

Hi all,

Sorry about that message.  It was only supposed to appear for Direct Deposit users but a bug caused it to appear for everyone.

It's been fixed and you shouldn't see it any longer.

I will confirm that the "Action Required"  message I got earlier this evening no longer appears on my account page.  Thanks for fixing it, FC.

Indeed; what if it's related to a recent proposal concerning a DD bonus though?

I believe it was an error by FusionCash because I was able to cash out yesterday with no problem.

Sorry, no - unrelated.  Our ACH provider upgraded their infrastructure and now requires us to collect another piece of info: if the account is a checking account, savings account, or prepaid card.  The message was only supposed to show up for DD users but at first it was mistakenly showing for everyone.

Can we also be paid through paypal, i don't think they will need your bank account information for paypal, just your paypal email right
You can indeed be paid through PayPal (as long as your PayPal account is Verified).  If you choose that method you don't need to give us your bank account information, just your PayPal email address.
