No however, I'm considering supporting class-action litigation against the the xtian fundies under federal law.

The company discriminates against non-xtians and has been sued regarding this several times before:

You have absolutely no proof that they discriminate against non Christians.  It is your blind hatred that prompts you to pursue suppression of freedom of religion and the free speech of Christians.  You display the same characteristics of the radical left wing anti-Christian liberals that wish to ban and remove the existence of this entity.  You would gladly deny them their Constitutional rights simply to sate your hatred of Christians.  You are a blind follower of your hate and have an irrational hatred for Christians -- this is quite comical when compared and contrasted with your accusations against Christians.  I am not sure if you are a typical arstiest or if you exemplify the extremist views of the radical totalitarian arstiests.  That you are pathetic and irrational and blinded by hatred, though, I am sure of.

Actually, such evidence is provided by that company's own interview, hiring practices and religious retreat materials along with dozens of applicant depositions.

It is your blind hatred that prompts you to pursue suppression of freedom of religion and the free speech of Christians.

On the contrary, it is that company's discriminatory employment practices which prompted all the previous lawsuits and continues to provide a basis for further litigation.

That you are pathetic and irrational and blinded by hatred, though, I am sure of.

Your attempts at insult fall flat due to their illogical basis and your own religious blind faith.  It remains unclear whether this constitutes a barely functional stupidity on your part or not.

Show this evidence then.  Unlike every single other claim you have ever made why don't you finally show some evidence?  Burden of proof as you so love to claim.  It should be rather simple with the emphasis you place upon your declaration.

I apologize for hurting your feelings and hopefully you did not cry.  My statements were not meant to cause you emotional discomfort but simply to point out just how absurd you sound when taken at your statements.

Go find the previous court transcripts yourself, or don't.  Maybe someone will present these here however, as this pertains to pending litigation, you can read those transcripts once the cases are heard in court.

I think tolerance works both ways. The gay community asks for tolerance from society,  chik fil a has the same right (to ask for tolerance in not supporting the gay movement). In my opinion, neither is wrong here. As culture moves in a direction that is more accepting of different lifestyles there will be inevitable clashes with people who don't move along with it. We aren't all on the same social convoy. The biggest thing is that no crime should be committed on either side.

Intolerance, (as in Chick-fil-A's not supporting the gay movement or, discriminating against non-xtians), is the opposite of tolerance.

I have no problem with people that continue to eat there.  If they previously enjoyed the fine sandwiches and waffle fries from chick-fil-a and want to continue that, have at it as they are very good.

BUT... if you went today for the first time, or today to "make a point", the only point you made was that you are an absolute puppet.

I think my point was clear, but feel free to define and point out mistakes as you wish. I am sure there are several grammar issues, as I don't proof on survey site posts.

Gays should know they cant force people to accept them, and chick fil a doesnt have to. Chick fil a should know they are offending gays and may lose customers. Point being, you it works both ways.

Intolerance, (as in Chick-fil-A's not supporting the gay movement or, discriminating against non-xtians), is the opposite of tolerance.

Discriminating would mean not serving them. The workers dont screen the customers asking if they are gay or not and then providing food based on the answer.

We don't have a Chick-fil-a where I'm from. What a bummer.  Oh well, maybe I'll go next time I go to the mainland.  :)

No, the matter concerns employment discrimination, not discriminating against customers.
