This question is so unfair. I love authentic Mexican food.

I have to go with Enchiladas on the go but lasagna if I have the time to sit and enjoy.

this is an unfairly delicious decision, but i would probably say enchiladas just depending on my mood mostly,now i'm hungry

That is a toughie!! I am Mexican married to an Italian, the inlaws on both sides cook their ethnic food, and I love it all!!
