I definitely believe in God. I feel that He is the reason that we are in this world.

Yes I do,  :angel11:

John 3:16

King James Version (KJV)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

NOPE, I did at one time but ever since these disasters there just can't be a GOD. why would GOD let good people die in such a way, then make their loved ones suffer for that. So no I do not believe there is or ever was a GOD

I am Jewish, raised Orthodox and I see the good as well as the bad in this world.  In my faith it all comes from God so He truly must exsist.  You don't have to pray everyday or go to church every sunday to know He is real.  Every time a stranger smiles at you and it warms your heart or holds the door for you, there is God.  Every time there is joy, sorrow, a child is born, someone dies, there is God.  When bad things happen to good people it's a test of faith.  There is God.  Everyday there are just as many little miricles as there are non-miricles.  Only God could have designed a balance that perfect.

I doubt there is one, but I am pretty certain I do not know for sure one way or another.

There is no substantive evidence to support belief in a allegedly supernatural egregore, ('g-ds', sprites, elves, etc.).

"All religions, with their gods, demigods, prophets, messiahs and saints, are the product of the fancy and credulity of men who have not yet
reached the full development and complete personality of their intellectual (reasoning) powers."
-- Mikhail A. Bakunin

Yes, I do believe in God and have for many, many years.  I have had years of experience witnessing what God can do, and I still am mystified and amazed.  I will admit that I struggle with accepting it when bad things happen to good and innocent people.  I can't understand that, and some people have a hard time believing God exists because of that.  But I have seen too much to convince me of the existence of a power greater than myself to ever say that there is no God.

Attributing such things randomly to a supernatural entity without evidence constitutes an irrational blind faith.

"I suggest that the anthropomorphic g-d idea is not a harmless infirmity of human thought, but a very noxious fallacy, which is largely responsible for the calamities the world is at present enduring."
-- William Archer
