Around here, the best burger joint is Rally's. They make sloppy burgers (extra sauce) at no extra charge! Down south it's known as Checkers. Also, their fries can't be beat!

I have NO idea how my reply to another thread somehow turned into it's own thread. Sorry for this!

There are "Burger Joints" and then there are fast food burgers. I agree that Checkers has a good burger and great fries but when I find a real small town feel "Burger Joint" that serves a real Hamburger then that is a real find. :)

Our town still has an old fashioned Mom and Pop Drive In type "restaurant" that serves up a good Burger.

I also like Fuddrucker's for great burgers.

Best burger joint I've been to is a place called Cheeseburger in Paradise.  I don't think it's a chain, but it's definitely got the best burgers.

I used to like going to the Dairy Queen for their cheap burgers but the quality went downhill. There is a local diner that does real good burgers and on Wednesdays they are only two dollars.

There is a restaurant/bar around here called Bair's that offers a wide variety of burgers.  They have the best ones in my opinion.  Their other foods are pretty good too.

We stopped at Freddie's in Juction City, Kansas and I fell in love with their burgers!  Unfortunately, it's about 2 hours away :( but I've found one that's only 20 minutes away.  Seems like a long way to drive for a burger but we do occasionally.
