I don't really watch the Olympics but if and when I do, I watch the gymnastics and figure skating.

This is a tough one for me.
I have always enjoyed watching the ice skating events during the winter Olympics.
Summer Olympics - it depends on US athletes competing.

For Winter I would say freestyle skiing and ice skating dance pairings. For Summer I would say I like track and field, diving and pole vault.

I mostly watch boxing, basketball, track and field, swimming, and gymnastics.  I'll sometimes watch soccer, judo, wrestling (both Greco-Roman and freestyle), and women's volleyball.
