I have been doing a really good job lately at if I'm about to stop doing something because I'm afraid of what others think I stop myself and say no...you keep on going girl  -  I am proud of myself fitter making good progress!

he also says "you think people care about what you do"  WELL for the past week or so every time I'm about to stop or do something because of someone else I tell myself NO, KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU WERE, DON'T CARE ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE and it is so refreshing and he was right, people do not care about what I am doing.  Nothing in my life has changed except I feel more free.

You have to stop stressing about what others think about you.  No matter what you do, there is always going to be somebody trying to judge you.  I have always told people I don't give a damn what anyone thinks of me, they are not God and nor is anyone else perfect.

I know I'm not perfect and I could care less about what others think of me. Its my life and I can do whatever I want. people may think I'm not normal which is fine by me. I rather be unique and different from everyone else
