Do you believe when the world doesn't end in december they will set a new date?

I think that the word "they" is the key here.  Who exactly is "they."  There have been many end-of-the-world prophicies handed out over the years.  Usually, it is ONE person that comes up with the date.  Sometimes that one person gets a whole group of people to believe it.  The December 2012 thing is a little different because it comes from more than one source, but none of them even really say that the world is going to end, that is just how some people have interpreted it.

There will always be false prophets, and yes someone will come up with a new date. However, the Bible states that no man knoweth the day or the hour. Not even the Son of God. I choose to believe the Bible and it doesn't matter whether the world ends in December or not. I know that He is coming soon. Our time is not the same as God's time.

The preceding consists of nothing more than unsupported religious beliefs.  Unsupported religious beliefs are not facts.  The world will "end" when something occurs which "ends" it and not a moment sooner.

I think that someone will change the date. There will always be groups who think they know the date. It's sad.

Of course, someone will come up with a new date - they always do and it won't be any more correct than the last ones were.

people will always come up with something new but when theres really a astroid headed for Earth i wont see it as end of the world but more as a unfortunate disaster

I beleive no man knows when the world will end.  When Y2K was suppose to hit everyone was going out buying loads of batteries and water and afterwards felt silly lol  I do, however, think they will reset the date- for some reason there always seems to be a myth about when the world is coming to an end, hence 1999, 2001, and last year.

Now now folks.  Just because a calendar runs out we do not run around yelling the sky is falling the sky is falling.  We simply start a new calendar.  Same thing with the myan calendar.  Roll it over and atart another one.

In the end times will be false prophets. If the Son didn't even know when the world was going to end, why would the mayans..common now. I am not believing satans lies.
