Why are some people Nasty?

Some people are nasty because they are not taught. I recently watched a couple of young girls 6-7 years old go over a pick up a lit cigarette butt someone had just thrown down and begin smoking it the a couple hours later someone had dropped a package of cupcakes and the same two girls began eating them off the parking lot ground. Parent do not teach their children that is why we have nasty people.

It must start in their early years never taught how to clean and take care of their belongings.

because they act and live like animals not human beings!

I know someone like that that is about 25 years older than me. I think its because she gets too busy and does not get around to cleaning. With others I think they just let things slide and dont do it. Personally I am a clean freak.
