Posting sample posts to request credit
« on: March 30, 2009, 07:04:39 am »
Is everyone here aware that we have to show 3 sample posts and request payment.  I just found out a while ago and was wondering if I was the last one to figure that out. I just want to be I didn't misread the rules. :dontknow:

I just figured that out myself threw out the month after joining.   Reading others posts and reading the Updated Rules posting is how most people learn about it.

Yeah, if you look were people post to redeem their thirty posts it shows everyone doing it. I basicly connected the dots from there. :)

yeah it took me forever to figure that out too.  As for putting the sample posts in a message, it's kindof time consuming.  You have to copy one post, go to your new post about the posts, click the quote button and add the post between the two "quote" entries. Then do this for each of your sample posts. If you don't keep two windows/tabs open (one with the new post and one with the list of posts you're copying from), you can just copy all of the posts at once and then go in and put the "quote" and "un quote" 's around each. Yes...a pain in the *bleep* I might add. But hey, it's worth 3 bucks!!!

Thanks for the info.  I was not aware of this.  Is this stated in the rules or did I miss it?  What a bummer.

Yeap, you have to post three samples.  It took me awhile to figure that out.

I guess i'm glad i brought this up,  my question was answered.I wasn't the only one.  Just shows you that you've got to read everything and check all the topics or you'll miss something important

Do you see at the top of every page where your screen name is in huge bold letters?

following your name is the phrase:

Are you getting paid to post yet?  Click the underlined part and it takes you right to the page to fill out for posting bonus.

I have always been aware that I had to list my three sample posts when I request credit for my monthly posts. However, I have not been on this site for quite a few months and now realize that there is a request form that has to be filled out and used when the request is submitted. This new, good and really organized way of submitting the request makes it a lot easier to get credit.
