it sounds like you may have clicked on an offer that requires a credit card, a lot of people suggest not to attempt those unless you truly want the product or service. Usually you have to keep track of when you originally signed up and cancel a service by 30 days or your credit card will be charged each month going forward, but you would only receive your reward once. It takes paying attention to them to not get stuck with something you really don't want. If it was something else and your computer locked up, you might need to clear your cache and cookies and start over. I am not that techno savvy so I can't say for sure on that. If it is something that other members haven't been able to answer you can also always submit a support ticket and admin will assist you but it may take a couple days to get a reponse.
