It depends on what I am mad at. If it's another person that I know or I can talk to, and they have mistreated me in some way, I wont stand for that! I'll be verbally ( and sometimes loudly) confrontational if I think my anger is justified.
There are other emotions similar to anger such as frustration, or simply being annoyed or irritated. Life is so full of frustrations, annoyances and irritations. Life is so short, sometimes if there is no detriment to yourself, it makes more sense to just let the minor stuff go.
