I had penne ala vodka with chicken cutlets and a caesar salad on the side...I also made garlic bread!!! Very good lol

My hubby made Beef Stew the other day.  Made a big pot...enough to feed 10-12 people.    So I just that for my dinner.  It's very good

I had a bowl of soup, potato soup to be exact. But not just any potato soup, it was from my sister's job so it tastes better than the only other potato soup I've had. Oh, and I had a few crackers with it plus some unsweetened tea.

My usual: soup and a yogurt.  I'm not much of a dinner eater.  Lunch is my big meal (I had chicken, couscous and veggies. YUM!!)

I should take a page out of your book. I quess I have it ingrained that a big meal should be ea ten at Dinner.

Any way what did I eat  for dinner. Chinese.

Last nite we had a Taco Ring made with cresent rolls on a pizza round pan, tonite we are having breakfast food, I love my hubby he likes to cook too, altho here lately i have been into trying new recipies specially in the crock its my best friend =)

Lettuce salad with chicken and dorothy lynch dressing.  One of our favorite meals.  I add tomato, hard boiled egg and peanuts when I have them.

a buffet so good and still full salad, shrimp, wings, mashed potatoes, bread, green beans, cabbage and lemonade. no room for dessert. good thing i'm eating for two
