I had hamburgers and steak for dinner.  The watermelon that we had for dessert was great.  A real summer treat!

we had runza, my sister gave me the recipe that she learned how to make in Nebraska, only we substitued, crescent rolls, then mixed hamburger, onion, cabbage, and mozzarella cheese, I did this on one side, covered with crescent rolls, and on the other side, I shredded a cornbeef, cabbage, onions and mozzarella cheese. I also sprinkled mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on it before coverning with the rolls and baking till the crust was done. really good.

My usual: soup and a yogurt.  I'm not much of a dinner eater.  Lunch is my big meal (I had chicken, couscous and veggies. YUM!!)

oh man, i look forward to dinner all day.

last night, we had turkey burgers on whole wheat buns
topped with lettuce, provolone cheese, grilled onions
and fresh tomato... with corn on the cob and grilled
zucchini.

I had kind of a boring dinner.  Romaine and Kale with Taco Helper on it.  Sliced tomatoes and creamed corn.  Nothing exciting.  Although I did use 1 lb of beef and 1 lb of turkey.  There was enough left over for us today but I used salsa instead of the mater's.

It was date night....we went out for dinner to Cheddars....had a huge pile of onion rings for our appetizer then Key West Chicken with pineapple pico, over rice, with baked potato, broccoli cheese casserole, and hot buttered crescent rolls....and a HUGE Margarita.  Could only eat half of it....so had the leftovers for dinner tonight.
