when i did a support ticket they responded in about a half an hour.  I was very impressed.

um u dont just get a check a week after u request it...they only send it out on the 20th of every month. you might want to do direct deposit. its faster and eaiser

Same here.   Requested payment on 3/2, expecting it to be processed after 3/20.   Still no payment ... and my the cashout is still showing as pending in my account.   I don't understand the delay!

  I finnally got my cashout when I switched to paypal, and let them know about it in a ticket. I think it takes a week to process the checks, and then it takes about 2 weeks to get them to your house.

I think we need to all realize that there are probably ALOT of people who are using this site. And probably one person doing different jobs like answering our tickets or crediting to paypal and mailing out all of the checks. Please just try to be patient and believe me you'll get your payment.
