Cash-Out Question

Does Cashout mean you cashout on the 20th of the month you make a few bucks then you have to wait until the next month on the 20th to get paid? And basically you cashout only to get your cash or you cashout to get more cash? I'm so confused

You can cash out at the end of the month but you won't get paid until the 20th of the following month. Like I cashed out June 30th and I'll be paid July 20th. And you cash out to get your money. Just make sure you have at least $25 and $15 of that is from offers.
