Would you stop to pick up a penny?

I sure would and I do. As others have said we click for pennies here on Fusion Cash so there is no trouble in picking them up if you see one. For me money is money and every penny counts.

I always pick up pennies cause I know they add up.  I have a few mayonnaise jars in my room full of different coins.  Last time I counted, I had a good $75 in nickles alone, so even thought pennies don't add up as quickly, I still figure it's worth it.

I'm silly because I have always been poor but I have always enjoyed dropping pennies on the ground when i have extras. I love to think about who may pick them up and how I may have changed their days!

It puts a smile on my face thinking about what someone may have thought or the place they may have been in in their lives when they picked up that penny that I had left for them.

And then what journey that penny goes on!

Its great to stop and think Maybe I'm just an idealistic fool lol.

Heck yeah I pick up pennies! I've known people who toss them because they say they aren't worth keeping, but the best reason I ever heard for dropping pennies was on an episode of Psych. The characters talk about leaving pennies wherever you go because pennies are good luck. By leaving pennies you're spreading a little good luck around the world, so maybe when I can afford to stop pinching my pennies I'll use them to spread a little luck around the world.

I usually do, yes.  My boyfriend used to drop them on the ground sometimes, and I had to resist picking those up, too.  hehe

I probably wouldn't have cared about a penny so much awhile ago.  But now, I am much more frugal and every penny counts!  So yes, definitely!

Yes, I do pick up pennies when I find them. Sometimes I find myself looking for them when I'm walking into a store.

I dont pick up pennies, or nickels, or dimes, i might get a quarter...However, one time outside of blockbuster i saw a $5 bill on the ground.. I definitely picked that up..

I absolutely stop to pick up a penny.  A person I admired and respected always said, "Take care of your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves."
