Referring Question

I tried referring a friend, but they couldn't do it on my computer.
If they go to the library, would that  mean the next person I refer couldn't go to the library too? Or just not use the exact computer?
Is it based on the IP address?
I'm confused...

I think it is by the IP address.

But can't you fake ip addresses?
And do different computers have different ip addresses, or is it based on wifi?

You have to have your referrals sign in from a different computer because of the ip address.  Be careful and read the rules.

ya that seems about right.. that way you cant just set up a bunch of dummy accounts.... now my issue is that my referals are all expiring... guess over 6 months old and didnt cash out yet... that sucks!
