do you ever just lounge around

I lounge around sometimes. I enjoy that. Especially when it's raining or when it is way too hot to be outside. Otherwise I do like to do things.

I find it difficult to just lounge around!  But when I do, I go to my favorite chair and read a book.

Nothing wrong with that. Everyone should take a break from every day life and relax. Stress is a major casue of a lot of illness people are subjected too. Lay back, take it easy, don't think, watch your DVD's.

I relax a little each evening before going to bed. I can't get to sleep otherwise.

I like to do that on the weekend sometimes. I may do laundry while watching TV so that the day isn't a total waste, but after a stress-filled week at work, it is sometimes nice to relax and do little more than read a book or watch some TV.

It's too hot to go out and so anything, however, I lounge around all the time, it's the only perk Multiple Sclerosis has... I'm an optimist too!!!

I spent most of the day lounging around yesterday, too.  I agree that it's been too hot to do much of anything, so I've just ended up relaxing inside on the weekends.

Isn't that one of the benefits of being retired?
