iPad Or Tablet

Do you own an Ipad or some other kind of tablet?!
Looking to get one and wonder which one is good.

No, but I wish I did. I'd like to get one, but I don't know which one I'd get. I'd like to get the best one I could for the best price. I don't know what they're all like so I have no idea what kinds of features there are and which one would be best for me. A lot of people have the iPad and love it, but I think that has a lot to do with the brand that makes it. I think there are probably other brands that make tablets that are just as good or better that might even cost the same or less.

I have the blackberry playbook tablet...wayyyy cheaper than an ipad

I have the Ipad 2- LOVE it! Works great and does everything I need it to! Make sure you get ACCIDENTAL coverage on it though.... Just had to get mine fixed and SOOOOO glad I had the insurance!

Thanks for starting this thread.  I am also thinking about buying a tablet but unsure if I'd like it.  I'm running a version of Linux that does almost everything I want but I'm a little concerned about Android and Lastpass integration.

  I own a Lenovo tablet and my best friend owns an Ipad....and I think they are about the same!!!!  if you buy an Ipad you are just paying for the name

I bought an iPad 3 for my wife and she seems to enjoy it.  I, on the other hand, would prefer a lower priced tablet such as Samsung Galaxy.

Hubby has an IPAD.. Love the ability to carry it.. and NOT drop it. 

Only thing I have a problem with the IPAD is... you can not view or watch videos... well not all of them. 

You need flash and you loose out of a lot of points if you are on sites making money.   

I do a lot of sites with videos... and with the ipad you can not view them. 

You also can not view the ones that require you to put in the two numbers.. to verify you watched it.

Just something to think about. 

I can do almost everything else.. but that. 

No usb port in the IPAD (that is if you need one) 

Haven't figured out if you can print from the IPAD yet either.

The love the IPAD other than the compatibility with the videos.

As for the tablet... I was looking at the Samsung Galaxy.
