I love the movie A Bridge Too Far.  I think every single manager in America should have to watch it for its message on what happens when the people on the front line see how botched things are and don't tell anyone because they will suffer the consequences. Hey, every American should watch it and maybe we would be willing to stand up and say enough to our leaders who are making things work less and less well for us.....the movie line.....Hey, none of these walkie talkies work.  I know but I'm not going to say anything.
