Oh cata... no doubt. They are mysterious and fascinating. They are the only pet animal that is not fully domesticated. By that I mean, even if they are well fed, and you let them outside,  they continue to stalk and hunt prey. Yet if we caretake them they love us and are affectionate with us. My two are formerly feral, caught at about 5 or 6 weeks old. I neutered them, and got them all their shots, and they fully trust me. They allow me to trim their toenails, and brush their teeth. They do still hide when someone comes over, and sense a little restlessness in them sometimes. But the older they get the more they settle in to be domesticated. I am the only person they trust, but I do have a frequent visitor that they have warmed up to.  ( An adult feral is next to impossible to make a pet out of) My boys are brothers, and I never let them outside. At 2 years old, they have all but forgotten they ever lived outside. They are affectionate lap cats, and they bring me joy.

While I love all animals, down to the lowest microbe (use I consider them to be an animal), I have admit to a inclination toward cats. Cats are great pets who are easy to take care of and calming to hold.

Sloths & turtles. Slow moving animals fascinate me in a strange mystical way just because of how lethargic they seem to be.

In terms of pets I am a cat person. But any animal I would say leopards they are very beautiful animals, like big cats.. =)

my favorite animal is the wolves especially the black wolves. I wish I can have one as a pet. however, you can take them out of the wild but, you can't take the wild out of them. so, they will most likely attack you even if you think you're best friends with it.
