Why isn't the Samsung video crediting for me? 

I made sure my pop up blocker was off but it doesn't move to step 2 and credit.

I've watched it more than once but maybe I'll try again, later.

Try switching browsers. I have problems with those videos with the multiple steps in Firefox. I move to IE and do it and they work.

I tried this one in Firefox and it worked though. Are you clicking on the Skip Step in the lower left corner after the video is done? Or does it not load?

If you don't hit the "Skip Step" button when the option to like Samsung on Facebook pops up, you won't get credit! Make sure you get to the Thank you for participating! screen before clicking for the next video.
