its been almost ten day my payment still pending..what the hell is going on? when are they gonna send my check?

When did you cash out? If you cashed out in February, you should have your money by yesterday unless something happened. If you cashed out in March, you will be paid in April. So, if you cashed out 10 days ago, you will get paid in April. That's why you should always wait until the end of the month to cash out.  Such as I am going to be cashing out on March 31. Hopefully I will get to $60 by then!
