Recently, that happened to me.  I filled everything and then my elbow accidentally hit the button and the computer shut down.

Well, I've accidentally hit Male instead of female or all of a sudden I became Hispanic from clicking the wrong little circle.  The other day while I was on my pc and my husband was on his I heard him holler, "What the heck?"  He was working in his office and I kicked the power-strip button that our home network shares.  OOoooops.  First and last time I'll ever do that.

I totally did that the other day, it was one where I had to sit through various ads, shift through a magazine etc. then the last ad had no sound and the question after said something like were you able to hear and see the ads fine I put no b/c I thought it was asking about the last question even though I heard the rest and saw all of them fine - bam disqualified! I had spent almost 30 min to that point, so upsetting

I have did that a couple of times when I was too tired or the survey was so long, and also when I was distracted because of something else.

Yes, I have hit the wrong button or had something happen at the end of a survey (like my computer getting unplugged and timing out on the battery) multiple times and lost my opportunity to get credited over the past few years. It is so frustrating and yet even when it is happening I know it's done and there is nothing I can do about it so I just accept it. So many good things come from my participation with Fusion that I just know that stuff happens and I have to move on.  However, it is frustrating when it happens! ;)

It would be quite the hard fall downwards in order for me to "accidentally" turn off my comp.  I have submitted incomplete forms and navigated away from the page I needed to be working on by fault of some clumsy fingers, though.
