How long does it take for flowers to grow?

Because i look at my flower sprouts everyday now, i feel like the don't grow anymore.

I'm not sure because I don't have the patience to find out.  BUT, I can tell you how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop: Three! (I know because the owl told me  .)

Maybe they need some fertilizer to make them grow faster? Or it could be that they just take a long time to grow. What kind of flowers are they?
