Not getting credit for GreenDot.

I did this offer about a week and a half ago, and received my card today in the mail--but still no credit. Do I have to actually use it in order to receive credit?

I haven't done this offer, did you read the terms and conditions thoroughly? Was there an email that accompanied your sign up? I'd start there first, otherwise you could always file a support ticket if you see nothing about using the card in order to get paid

I just looked at this, don't want it for myself, but was curious. I am wondering if the activation call, from one of the phone #'s you were required to give when signing up, is what will also 'activate' your credit for the offer? This is often like having to click a confirmation e-mail for offers here, like ULuvCeCe mentioned. That is the one thing that jumped out at me and you didn't say whether you HAD made the 'card activation' phone call - if you did, then I would definitely send in a ticket to Support. Good luck!
