Recipe for American Potatoes Salad
1 pounds red potatoes
2 eggs
1 cups mayonnaise
1/2 onion diced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper

How to make American Potatoes Salad
Bring a large pot of water to a boil add potatoes, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender but still frim.
Drain cool and cut into cubes. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover to with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immedlately remove from heat.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water cool, peel and chopped potatoes and eggs. Mix together mayonnaise, chopped onion green bell pepper and celery.
Season with salt and black pepper then mix well cover and refrige for several hours or overnight.
