Recipe for Paragon Pretzels

Recipe for Paragon Pretzels
6oz warm water
1 pkgs dry yeast
1oz sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup flour
Egg wash 1 egg  with 1 tbsp cold water kosher salt for sprinkling on pretzels

How to make Paragon Pretzels

1) Preheat oven to 425F.
2) In a medium bowl mix the yeast into the warm liquid add 1/2 tsp of sugar set aside.
3) Measure off flour as called for in the recipe use whisk to mix together sugar, salt flour.
4) Watch yeast to see if it bubble then add flour into yeast.
5) Knead for at least 10 minute till dough is smooth.
6) Allow dough to rest for 15 minute.
7) Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape.
8) Put on parchment paper bush with egg wash and sprinkle with kosher salt.
9) Bake on 425F for 12 to 15 minutes or till it turns brown.

Your recipe sounds yummy.  Going to store in a little bit, gonna pick up the stuff and try.  Hope they turn out.

I might try these. I've never been a pretzel lover unless they were covered with something.
