Recipe for Onion Rings

3 Large onions 1/4 inch thick salad oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make Onions Rings

Separate onion slices into rings. In electric skillet, heart 3/4 inch salad oil to 370F.
In a small dish place milk stir in flour and salt until mixed. Dip rings in milk, then in flour mixture.
Repeat to coat twice. In hot salad oil, cook onions 3 minutes or until lightly brown. Drain thoroughly on paper towels serve immediately.
