How can I keep up with how many forums I post in each month so That I know if I have met the requirement for month in order to receive my credit for posting?

On the request form down on the right hand side is a count. It will say "You have xx eligible posts this month.

click on profile at top lists post by date and month

You can get all your info from the Frofile area of the toolbar. You can check your posts (at the left side) and it will account for all your posts in that given month. I check it often to make sure my posts make it to my profile. This area will also give you your status (newbie or other status), you avg posts per day and more stats. It will also break down the posts within different subject matters (off-topic/suggestions). I check it often to make sure my posts make it and are accounted for.
