Not credited?

I registered for "mysurvey" and I did not get credited. My account says "Not credited" Why is that happening"

That seems to happen to me too and I don't think there is much we can da about it. Also sometimes when I take a survey and click to be credited, I am directed and asked to join their survey team. When that happens maybe we are registered with that company and have to take surveys from their site and accumulate points for their site??? I wish I knew!

it might have been the browser that you used to register. See if you can re-register with another browser. Another thought is that maybe you will get credit after completing your first survey.

I think that it is worth opening up a ticket and asking why you did not get credit. It might not help but it is worth knowing.

Most offers that I've seen for joining a survey site, do require you to complete one survey before you get credited.  But that should be spelled out in the offer.
