Fruity candy.  I'm not a huge fan of chocolate. Occasionally, yes, but I mostly choose stuff like Twizzlers, skittles, etc. over chocolate.

Chocolate, rich, dark chocolate.  I try to stick to the natural, high cacao bars.  I usually get the plain, but sometimes get the kind with chili, almonds, or fruit.

I don't think it's possible to say just one candy  it all depends on my mood but it's usually chocolate, especially dark chocolate, which is good for you anyway. I don't mean a pound of it is good for you but I think 1 oz gives you great antioxidants
