Melatonin kinda helps me, or sometimes Benadryl. I hope you can get some sleep soon. :( I have sleeping troubles as well.

It's awful not being able to sleep.  Have you tried to identify the underlying problem?  Are you stressed, anxious, depressed?  Medication is only a short term solution - I hope you can figure out the real problem so you can finally get the sleep you need.  Good luck.   ;)

I don't sleep well either but I have found the more I am able to exercise during the day the better I sleep.
Hope you are able to get more sleep soon. :peace:

I had trouble sleeping too and Melatonin seems to work for me.... also a friend pointed out that looking at computer, iPad, etc. screens can deplete your body's natural Melatonin, so I have started shutting off the computer/iPad etc. about an hour before I want to sleep.

So far so good.  Good luck to you.....not being able to sleep is awful!

Reading helps me to fall asleep. Sometimes watching TV will do it as well.

That happens to me in cycles.  Sometimes I could sleep 24/7 and sometimes I can' hardly sleep at all.  Bi-polar is my problem.  I try really hard not to stress about it cause it just makes it worse.  Have you tried Tylenol PM?  I know it is not natural, but it does help me sometimes.

Make sure your room is cool. Block out all light so that your room is completely dark. Make some habits that do every night that help you go to sleep. For example read before you go to sleep or listen to soft music before you go to sleep.

Have you checked with your pharmacist to see if one of the meds themselves has sleep disturbance as a side effect?

Everyone give gret suggestion for going to sleep.  I go to sleep just have trouble staying asleep. Have not tried meliton yet. I use something called Calm from the health food store and it works real good.
