with all the competing sites Fusion needs to open more marketing sources.
that people can click on and put their links in there to get referrals.

there are so many PTC sites that offer advertising for relatively small fees.  FC also has advertising space you can buy for any other PTC site you have.  Where do you think the adbot came from?

True, although if someone wanted to know how much FC charges to advertise on FC, there are doubtless ways to do so, (like asking?).

I agree with OP, I know that the sites layout can be a bit confusing for newbies and can push them away.

There are instructional videos on FC that most other sites lack, along with helpful FC members on a forum which I haven't seen on any other PTC site.

I know it was frustrating for me when I first started but I kept reading through the forums and revisited the instructional videos and things posted by Old BUDDy and Florietzia(sp) which were helpful, I also tried using the search feature but understand that can be a challenge as there are a lot of things that are posted in the wrong threads and also learning the jargon for what certain items are called or procedures are referred to takes a little time. Be patient and come back every day which will help, try to read more and more each day and keep experimenting to see what works or doesn't for you. You will get the hang of it fairly quickly.

If you do a little research, there are plenty of ways you can do this yourself. Plus it is going to take a little more effort to get your referral link out there than to do it through one source. You got to "spread some breadcrumbs" as OldBuddy would put it. Look him up. You will learn a lot. Look up Internet Marketing as well. There are plenty of ways to get your referral link out there. Just takes a little effort and patience.

I think training and live support would be helpful but probably costly which would mean you couldn't earn as much. I think the more you are on the site the more you learn I've only been a memeber for like a month and a half and am already at like 35 dollars. I know I miss some offers like the one where you post in the forums but I am now working on that also.

I think fusioncash is good on that. If you have a problem, you could contact support, but then again, you might not get help in a certain time period, so I see your point. It depends on more users want this or not.

I think in the end training and live support would cost extra money and in my opinion I don't think there should be a need for it.  The support ticket system I will agree should be better but again if FC doesn't have a large staff I'm sure they do what they can to reply to the important tickets or problems.  The instructional videos and forums I think make up for the live support and training because unless you are extremely shy to the point where you don't want to post a forum message (Why would anyone be?) then it's obviously a suitable replacement for that support.  In my eyes it's better than contacting a live support system that is not even from the country we live in and half the stuff they tell you they don't know either.

I totally agree with you there. It's like you can post a question and sometimes in just a couple minutes somebody who has had experience with the site is answering it for you. It's probably a lot faster than any other website's customer service or tech support would be anyway. And then you get a bunch of other members' advice and input as well.

We also have to look at the fact FC pays $3.00 to every person for the 30 posts in a single month they do.  If they have a small staff and we look at the incentive being paid to us on forum posting that no other website actually does then we all have to realize the pay they give us could be their "customer support/training" pay because there are members that have been on here for years that assist in posts all the time every day.  Adding the incentive $$$ for posting gives them like 20 extra pairs of eyes and minds to help assist them with possible simple or basic problems rather than overloading the support ticket system.   8)

The training part sounds good but I think its easier to learn on your own and just try things out...but the live support would be awesome!!!
