She definately doesn't know yet but since her birthday and mothers day are only two days apart i got her a sapphire pendant (got cash back from it using fusion cash too! LoL)and my brother and i are going to pick her up a cake and some ice cream up tomorrow.
So i think she would love it even though she says she dread's her birthdays! lol 
 

P.S. Don't any of you go tell her any of her gifts i mentioned...or else...

Some of my favorite things are when my kids try to keep them a "secret".  They are young (11, 9 and 6), so they make things for me in school and in their bedrooms at night.  But being kids they "leak" details either by whispers that are really loud or leaving a trail of stuff for me to pick up in their rooms.

My sisters and I normally cook our mother breakfast, lunch and dinner, give her a nice thoughtful card, buy her gifts. Her favorite gifts have always been perfume, and kitchenware. At the end of the day she's happy because her three children have taken the time to appreciate her.

Well I am a mom and I wont get to see my kids as they live 2300 miles away and my mother live that far too...I would love to see my mom as I never have money or a car to go that far I miss my kids and my mom and will prob just send my mom a card and hope my kids call me sorry for all you that lost your mom I worry about that all the time my mom was diagnosed with cancer like 4-5 yrs ago and already had one breast removed my husband went to maine about 4 yrs ago and it is too cold for his liking so we wont move there

I am giving my mother a gift certificate for a pedicure. It is something she likes, but does not get for herself.
