No intentions on bashing Falcon9

......I mean you can tell he gets no attention at home so he finds the need to get it this way.....

OHH, OK....yeah, YOUBETCHA! THIS is certainly not BASHING.....( :bs:

Falcon as pathetic as you are at times, your still OK in my books

Sorry, but I just can't quite GRASP this concept:
You consider someone to be pathetic, but then they are also "still OK in (your) books".... :dontknow:

ok so I'M the pathetic one lol, geeeeezzzzzz

Uhhhh....not finding where I said YOU were pathetic.
I simply questioned your idea of "NOT bashing" someone, and then I stated that I didn't understand how you can feel someone is pathetic, but yet still be "OK in your book"...

Reading it again.
Nope. Not seeing anywhere that I posted anything about cateyes being pathetic.

Everyone is missing my point cuppy,  I too like falcon, it's just the BIG words he uses that a "semi illiterate" doesnt understand..i'm sorry but it's annoying to me...i'm sure he's a sweetheart but why does he have to use such words...I mean comeon i'm "semi illiterate" hehe

So the problem is NOT him then...the problem is the "semi illiterate" which is why Falconer02's previous post is truly classic (and I feel his BEST work yet).  Ever stop and consider that the "semi illiteracy" annoys falcon9,  yet have you seen him start a "call out" thread addressed to various people to "call them" on it?

How much sense does it make to ask someone that has obviously spent alot of time studying, educating themselves to "dumb themselves down" just so the "semi illiterate" can "understand" them?  If one feels inferior, doesn't it make more sense to take steps to improve one's own "illiteracy"?

It's 'sad' to me that many of those that are "feeling so bad for falcon9", that feel free to insult and criticize him in this thread have said in former posts that they are "christian".  It's a good thing they have let everyone know because no one would have guessed.   Any "christian" that believes God gave them a brain should feel free to use it.  If one is not in a "coma", they are a "steward" of what God has given to them, including their brain.  One day we may give an account of what we have been a "steward" of...how happy do you think God is going to be with a group of people that he has given His "all" too, but they're a "few peas short of a casserole"?  I think God would be more pleased if those that consider themselves "christian" displayed more evidence of being "His Creation" rather than a prime example of "evolution in reverse".

I guess you told me Sheryl

I'm sorry it had to be you... :sad1:

I just don't think this thread was called for.
Everyone has the "right" to annoy others IF they let them.  ;)  Sometimes when we get annoyed with others though, what we are REALLY annoyed with is ourselves.

Agreed.......(and TOTALLY agree re: Falconer02's post ;D)

Ever stop and consider that the "semi illiteracy" annoys falcon9,  yet have you seen him start a "call out" thread addressed to various people to "call them" on it?
Myself...yes I would always consider that, as it annoys me too....and
NO! I have NOT seen him start ANY "call out" threads, addressed to ANYONE regarding any subject.
(GLAD you mentioned this!)

How much sense does it make to ask someone that has obviously spent alot of time studying, educating themselves to "dumb themselves down" just so the "semi illiterate" can "understand" them?  If one feels inferior, doesn't it make more sense to take steps to improve one's own "illiteracy"?
BOTH excellent points, SherylsShado.....It would make no sense for ANY educated person to dumb down for those who can't (don't/won't?) understand them....and YES!! My vote is for ALWAYS trying to improve yourself in areas you may be lacking skills or knowledge in.

Now, while I am not a christian, I will say this:
IF I were, everything you say would make very good sense.....it still makes sense anyway, as we ARE "stewards" as you put it, of our own minds and bodies, and therefore responsible for our own "end results".

To NOT develop, exercise and try to use our minds to their full potential is shameful.

Thanks  ;) for a good post, SherylsShado!

(Boy- :P falcon9 has a lot of reading/catching up to do when he gets here today!)

...for whatever it's worth..i'm sorry Falcon9...I guess I get annoyed with myself because I ALWAYS felt I was never that brite anyways and when he said I was "semi illiterate" it hurt :(

I just want to say that it this is a GREAT post, cateyes.....really.
**And DON'T say/think "for whatever it's worth" about apologizing, because it IS worth a lot! Many people would never be able to do so.
It wasn't easy (or pleasant) either, I'm sure, to post something that personal about yourself and your feelings.

You show yourself now to be a bigger person than this thread would have led one to believe.

(I'm sorry....I don't know when or where falcon9 called you semi-illiterate-I couldn't find it in this thread. Was it here, or another thread?  ??? Have I been reading on the FC forum too long, and I'm missing it??)

NO crying allowed cateyes, the FC forums is supposed to be all about having FUN!!

I can understand though because I've taken out some frustrations on some FC members before due to some aggravation in my 'real life' from others and certain FC members reminded me of them...(except for duroz).  Duroz had previously used a picture of a cat that looked just like a cat that I used to have that was pure 'evil'.  Everytime I saw that pic, I was NOT liking duroz because I hated that cat!

Duroz has new pics, they're GREAT and everything is good! (I'm so sorry duroz )  I see another FC member is using a photo of a similiar-looking cat, I'm just avoiding her altogether until her pic changes. lol

@duroz & gamerpeeps--thanks!  :)

I'm sorry!! I didn't mean to make you cry at all....I just wanted you to know that someone noticed your post; How you were a big enough person to swallow your pride, admit that you maybe made a mistake, and apologize.

And you need to know that it WAS definitely worth noting.

My kind words....not so much kind words, although that was what I felt, but mainly just truthful words.

Now stop crying, and post something funny for us(like the one you did about the deceased person with the past-due account that still had to be paid regardless of the new address being a cemetery!! I did LOL to that one )
