No mayo here.  Tuna, a bit of olive oil, some pepper, and then onto the bread it goes.

I like mine with pico de gallo (diced onions, peppers, tomatoes, cilantro) and mayo, then on toasted bread .... yum yum  :P

I've never tried pico de gallo on anything but Mexican food.   Interesting...  My youngest just picked out a recipe for our family to try this last Friday...it was tuna fish sandwiches with a pre-k twist.  It was cute...the recipe didn't have anything unique about it..tuna, relish, salt, pepper, mayo...the way it was assembled is what made it cute.  We used wheat hot dog buns...put romaine lettuce down and cut a kraft cheese single in half...layed it on top of the cheese to look like fish fins...spread the tuna salad mixture and covered with the top of the bun...than we used olives for 2 eyes..cut an "x" in the middle of the bun and splayed 1/2 a stick of string cheese and stuck it in the x....looked a like a whale's blow hole...too cute.  We just needed the gold fish crackers on the side to top off the theme but I forgot to get them for her side dish.

I just mix a little Mayo in the tuna, and nothing else.

I mix tuna with boiled eggs, onions, sweet relish and mericle whip and make a sandwich out of it. I eat Bumble Bee tuna kits on lunch breaks a lot.

I hate tuna salad. I really do but, after reading the way you fix it I think I may try it again. I always hated that it was a bore and had no pizzazz whatsoever. Now when I see what you have written in your recipe, I have hope for tuna again. :)
