Hello, sorry you are having trouble with offers crediting please make sure you are going through the entire offer/survey when completed correctly it should credit give it some time. Even tho it may say "Instant credit" it could take a while. Have you tried the Daily?

yes daily, i only been on 3 days i have more than 8 surveys and offers done but it just say not credited  or not credited  im gonna hang in therethanks

If you've done that many and not got any credit then you are doing something wrong. I would go to tue forum and read tips on completing offers before continuing

Make sure your cookies are cleared in your Internet browser and be sure that you are fully completing the offers to the instructions of what they tell you.  As an example if they tell you to confirm in your email be sure to do that as well otherwise you won't get credit for completing them.  Surveys sometimes you think you may be done and if you don't click continue to the final screen to submit the survey on some of them it won't credit either.  If you've been doing all of this and still don't get credited you may want to open a ticket after watching the tutorial videos to be sure you are doing everything correctly.
