0.50 tasks
« on: April 19, 2012, 08:01:33 am »
So, there are quite a few tasks that are listed as "earn .50", so I did a couple and here is my credit:

Task: Validate a Website's Description (and 2 other jobs) - 4e3ebfe    2012-04-19    $0.02    Approved

Weird.

They mean half a penny by "earn .50 cents". It's a bit misleading. If you look at the other tasks, they say "earn 4 cents" or "earn 2 cents", so if there was an actual fifty cent task it would say "earn 50 cents"

You dont get credit untill you have at least 2 cents minimum, so next time you do a task, when it credits it will credit for 1 cent higher then it said and say (plus 1 other task) in the name
and remember .50 cents is not 50 cents, its .5 or half a cent

normaly the tasks credit instantly

Oh I see now you have to fill the bar up to the 100% on those tasks before you get the 2 cents. I've done 4 and I'm only to 60%. I think this may be a little much for 2 cents. Not that it's hard....  :sad1:

Of course, when I started, I was thinking the task could be worth $.50, but once I completed a task, it was too easy to be paid $.50, and I kept repeating to myself, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."  Therefore, I was not that disappointed when I received my $.02 upon checking my account.  I say every $.02 helps!  Especially since I just cashed out and my account is near zero.  The .5'ers are really simple and to me, are worth the effort!

i thought so too, maybe like it was a typo or glitch but i completed quite a few of those $.50 cent offers, i just went ahead and filled out a support ticket yesterday, i haven't received any feedback yet though. when i do i will report back, i believe it will get worked out fc is great at communicating.

One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.
